From rough sketch to finished plan in four steps

No software to learn and no site visit required — sketch, measure, order and receive your plan.

    Sketch & measure

    Draw a rough layout of the property and add your room measurements — by hand, on graph paper or on your phone.

    Upload and pay

    Order through the Sketchplan app. Photos of a hand drawing are fine. Pay first, then create an account or sign in to manage the project.

    We redraw it

    A person converts your sketch into a clean, professional CAD-style floor plan with rooms, dimensions and labels.

    Receive your plan

    Get a JPG, PNG or PDF file back, ready for listings, brochures and marketing. One reasonable round of amendments is included in the price. Simple corrections so the plan matches the sketch you originally supplied are never charged again. Substantial changes, or work outside the original brief, are quoted separately before any work starts.

The service

Human redraws from the measurements you supply

You sketch and measure. We redraw. The finished plan is a marketing drawing, not a measured survey.

A sketch to floor plan service takes your rough, hand-drawn sketch and the measurements you have recorded, and redraws them into a clean, professional floor plan. Sketchplan is that service: a person redraws your layout into a CAD-style plan with rooms, dimensions and labels.

You measure, we redraw

A person redraws your sketch and checks it for sense. This is not an automatic trace of your lines. Sketchplan is a professional redrawing service, not a measured survey. You supply the measurements; we redraw the plan. The completed drawing will only be as accurate as the sketch, measurements and information supplied. It is intended for listings, brochures and marketing, not for planning applications, building work or legal documents.

Delivery and amendments

Standard delivery: 48 hours. Express: 24 hours, with a 50% surcharge. The 48-hour or 24-hour delivery period starts once payment is received and the order is confirmed. One reasonable round of amendments is included in the price. Simple corrections so the plan matches the sketch you originally supplied are never charged again. Substantial changes, or work outside the original brief, are quoted separately before any work starts.

Output and what is included

You receive a high-resolution CAD-style drawing as a JPG, PNG or PDF, suitable for property portals and brochures. Editable CAD files such as DWG are not included. The price is for one completed property floor-plan order. Multiple floors are included within the property’s total size — there is no extra per-floor charge. Order and pay first.
